Welcome to sumo4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and sumo4d ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Operator") governing your access to and use of our online gaming services including sports betting, casino games, togel lottery, and other gaming products available through our website and mobile platform. By creating an account, accessing our services, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User with sumo4d, containing personal information, transaction history, and balance.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any game, sports event, or other gaming product offered by sumo4d.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by sumo4d to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their sumo4d Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's sumo4d Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by gaming regulations, involving submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) means the certified algorithm ensuring random and fair outcomes in casino games and slots.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with sumo4d, depositing funds, or using any of our gaming services, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sumo4d, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Users and posted prominently on our website. Your continued use of sumo4d services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use sumo4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. sumo4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographic Location

Our services are specifically designed for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your actual location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or court order that would prohibit you from entering into this Agreement or using our services.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with sumo4d. Multiple accounts held by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed from duplicate accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and may constitute fraud.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. sumo4d will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or any communication channel other than our official login page. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change (email address, phone number, residential address). We may contact you using the information on file for important account notifications, security alerts, and compliance matters. It is your responsibility to ensure we have current contact information for you.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your remaining balance will be paid out according to our standard withdrawal procedures. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

sumo4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, bank processing delays may occur, particularly during Indonesian public holidays or weekends. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals for security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your account verification status and membership tier.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

For verified accounts, most withdrawals are processed within 1-5 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as additional security checks are performed. E-wallet withdrawals may experience delays of 5-15 minutes during peak traffic hours (19:00-23:00 WIB).

5.5 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager your deposited amount at least one (1) time. This anti-money laundering policy prevents our platform from being used as a money transfer service. If you attempt to withdraw without meeting this requirement, your withdrawal request will be denied, and you will be required to place additional wagers.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of sumo4d. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing. Users with duplicate accounts, those who have violated our Terms, or those suspected of bonus abuse are not eligible for promotional offers.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires Rp 500,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.

6.3 Bonus Terms and Restrictions

Each promotional offer has specific terms including eligible games, maximum bet sizes while using bonus funds, expiration dates, and contribution rates (different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements). It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel any winnings obtained through abuse, and terminate your account without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All Users must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, reverse engineering our platform, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, and any form of cheating or fraudulent behavior.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on sumo4d (including sports betting, casino games, slots, togel lottery, and sabung ayam cockfighting) has specific rules governing gameplay, betting options, and payout structures. These rules are accessible within each game and on our help pages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. In case of disputes, game-specific rules take precedence.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League) and other sports: all bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies. If an event is postponed, suspended, or canceled, our standard void rules apply (typically bets are voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours). Incorrect scores or odds displayed due to system errors will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided.

7.4 Casino and Slots RNG Certification

All casino games and slot machines offered by sumo4d use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been certified by independent testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. These certifications ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games, which represent theoretical long-term payout rates.

7.5 Voided Bets

We reserve the right to void any bet if we determine that the bet was placed: (a) after the outcome was already known, (b) on an event with incorrect odds displayed due to system error, (c) by a User engaging in fraudulent or collusive behavior, or (d) in violation of these Terms. If a bet is voided, your original stake is returned to your account balance.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

sumo4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical issues, maintenance periods, and unforeseen outages may occur.

8.2 No Liability for Losses

Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that betting and gaming activities may result in loss of funds, and you accept full responsibility for any such losses. sumo4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to gambling losses, missed winning opportunities due to technical issues, or data loss.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of system malfunctions, server failures, communication errors, or other technical problems that affect game outcomes or bet settlement, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, our maximum liability in such cases is limited to refunding the original stakes of affected bets. We are not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, or consequential damages resulting from technical failures.

8.4 Third-Party Content

Our platform may include games and content from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, etc.). While we select reputable providers, we are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party content. Disputes regarding third-party game outcomes should be addressed according to the provider's terms.

8.5 Force Majeure

sumo4d is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Suspension for Verification

We may temporarily suspend your account to conduct additional verification checks, investigate suspicious activity, or comply with regulatory requirements. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals until verification is complete.

9.2 Termination for Breach

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: underage gambling, providing false information, creating duplicate accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, using automated betting systems, or any other conduct that violates our fair play policy.

9.3 Balance Settlement Upon Termination

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending winnings, and active bonuses. If your account is closed at your request or for reasons not involving breach of Terms, your remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be paid out according to our standard withdrawal procedures.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from sumo4d due to problem gambling concerns, please contact our customer support team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed procedures. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to access our services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. For Indonesian Users, local Indonesian consumer protection laws may also apply where not in conflict with our licensing terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of sumo4d services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our internal customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to our licensing authority for independent adjudication.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal procedures or licensing authority adjudication shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sumo4d.
